1) Please select the ‘C.O.D’ option if you are using ePost (post office parcel service)

Also, specify your warranty certificate, name, address, contact details, and a summary of your request in a memo and enclose it inside your parcel.
If you select the ‘C.O.D’ option when sending your parcel through channels other than ePost, additional delivery fees will be charged.
